God has been so good to me.

I cannot believe the month of May is gone already. It was a rather busy month for us.
First, we had some friends that came from Kansas and spent a week with us, Miranda is from one of the families we had in our church in Goodland. She was able to take a Senior trip and raise money to go anywhere she wanted to go, and she choose to come and spend a week with Sarah my daughter, What an awesome priviledge, God really used them to help us through a hard time the week they came and God had it all planned months ago. What a sweet time of fellowship and laughter. They mean the world to me.

My boys did get to come home for a couple of weeks also. I just thank the Lord for the time of fellowship and refreshment he gave me in May, the trial we are going through has really weighed on us and the Lord knew we needed this month to just keep our minds off of our situation. I love the Lord for that.

Today, we are getting more company. Miranda and Paige (her sister) are coming again, Savannah (my adopted daughter, not really but we tell her she is..lol.) Justin and Steven ( two more of our adopted sons, not really but we tell them they are too.)
They are traveling out here for a wedding of one of their friends from college. We just happen to be close enough for the girls to stay with us.

God has been good to us. I thank God for my friends. Sometimes when you are going through hard times, you can get like Elijah and think we are all by ourselves, but then the Lord reminds us there are a whole lot of other people standing with you.
I thank God for the people he has brought our way. It reminds me that our work is never in vain. I just love the people he has allowed to walk through my life.

Thanks for your encouragement today. This blogin' adventure is relatively new to me, but God's love and grace has been poured onto my life through readers like you.

You splashed my day,
